Our Story
When our founder, Majka Kalinová, launched Praha Tour in January 1997, it was with a vision to build an agency founded on a personal touch, trust, and professionalism. Today, 28 years on, these values remain the cornerstones of our work and the foundation of our partnerships.
Over time, we have become a trusted partner for tour operators and agencies across France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Canada.
Our key highlights include large-scale charter series; such as operating up to 7 aircraft a week for 5 months, or managing 12 charter flights in a single day.
We also have proven experience in crisis management. Whether it was the August 2002 floods in the Czech Republic, where we managed the smooth and safe departure of 2,000 clients, or when the 2010 Icelandic volcano eruption halted all European air traffic. Over the years, we have navigated countless challenging situations, always with meticulous care and a focus on each individual.
Today, we focus on comprehensive services for B2B group clients. Our experienced French and English-speaking team helps our partners' clients discover the magic of Prague, Czechia, and key destinations in Central Europe.

1997
We founded Praha Tour
We are writing the first chapter of our story as well as partnering with the French-Czech Chamber of Commerce.
1998
An international conference
Only a year into our history, we hosted an event in Prague for the Knights of the Order of Saint Lazarus, marking their order's 900th anniversary. We welcomed around 700 participants from across the globe.
2000
We are launching first charter series
We operate charter series between France and Prague, managing 7 flights weekly.
2002
The Prague Floods
When the region was struck by a once-in-a-millennium flood, we took care of the safe return of over 2000 of our guests.
2007
Praha Tour as a strategic partner
We have become the primary partner for Czechia for one of France's leading tour operators specializing in journeys to the heart of Europe.
2010
The Eyjafjallajökull volcano
When the eruption of an Icelandic volcano closed the skies over Europe, we acted instantly to arrange safe overland travel for our clients before all options were gone.
2014
Discovering Czechia to Canadians
As the main partner for Transat Tour Canada, we connected Prague with Canada and provided their clients with exceptional stays in Prague and tours across Central Europe.
2015
We are expanding our strategic partnerships in France
We are organizing and expanding our successful series of charter flights between France and Prague on behalf of our partners.
